Denver mental health assessment
Mental Health Evaluations in Denver & Northern Colorado
CATC provides comprehensive mental health evaluations for adults who need diagnostic clarity, treatment recommendations, or professional documentation for court, probation, medical, work, school, or personal needs.
Clarity before the next step
A mental health evaluation is not just a formality. It is the point where symptoms, history, current stressors, functional concerns, and outside requirements are organized into a clear clinical picture. The goal is to help you understand what is happening, what level of care may be appropriate, and what documentation may be needed.
Colorado Assessment and Treatment Center, also known as CATC, is a Denver behavioral health provider serving the Denver Metro Area, Fort Collins, Greeley, Northern Colorado, and eligible telehealth clients across Colorado. Owner and Executive Director David A. Yingling, LPC personally helps connect people with the right clinician and service fit after they contact the office.
CATC accepts Colorado Medicaid, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and self-pay by credit card. Appointments are available by appointment, including evening availability.

- Medical, employment, school, or program requirements that need written clinical recommendations.
- Personal clarity when symptoms are affecting work, relationships, sleep, motivation, decision-making, or daily functioning.
- Co-occurring concerns where mental health symptoms and substance use may be connected.
